This photographic display was provided by Mr Parkin Raine at the official opening day of the new Royal Mail Delivery Office on the Harmire Enterprise Park, Barnard Castle on Tuesday November 10, 1998.
The new delivery office was due to be officially opened by Tony Underwood on November 10, 1998. However, as he had been picked to play Rugby for England that weekend, his Mum did the 'honours'.
